I can not get state to load up .

I keep getting a unexpected error

Please check that your device meets system requirements. If it does not, the CD can download on up to 5 devices, so I recommend trying on another device.

Otherwise, if the state is not populating, I recommend either re-downloading the State** doing a manual update.

I cannot download the state (MI) turbo tax after receiving instructions from your agent. I have windows 10 my email address in [email address removed]

I purchased the turbo tax deluxe at best buy and they installed into my computer, but have been unable to get the download for the MI State tax

I have tried several times to download the mi state tax but the box below the download says their is no download available

This link did NOT work. The state acts it's downloading but it's in a permanent loop.

the death loop of trying to download State form is just not right. contacting customer service was a waste of my time. two times totaling over 5hours they had no clue of what to do and always a preconciecved notion of what i was saying before i finished. followed all the links disableing things and uninstalling time and time again! this appears to be a recurring problem and Intuit does not fix it! used TurboTax for 20 years and never had a problem like this and then to get no knowledgable support. i have spent over 10hours trying to fix this problem OF THEIRS why would i buy this ever again! there has got to be a company that has some intigruity out there somewhere. hopefully i can get my money back from target.
