Here's how to delete your limited partnership form in TurboTax Online:

Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
Scroll down the list of forms to find the "K-1 wks" for the limited partnership.
Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list.
Scroll down to the state forms, and check for any state "K-1" forms related to the limited partnership and delete those.

If you are using the TurboTax Download/CD version, you click "Forms" (top right) and once in Forms mode you find the limited partnership forms in the list in the left pane, and delete them.

I have the same problem but using Home & Business TurboTax does not provide the Tax Tools choice; only "Tools" tab choices: 1)My Tax Data, 2) Final Review, 3)Topic list, 4)Attachments, 5)Calculator, 6)Tax Summary, 7)Tax History and 8)Order History. How may I work around this one confusing situation?

I completed the removal/deletion of the Federal Form for K-1 but when I began my NJ state return it continued to keep the information. How may I remove it from the State form?

I'm not sure what process you used to delete the federal K-1, but here are the steps in case it pops back in because of the triggers:

In TurboTax CD/Download, click Federal taxes > Wages & Income
Under Business Investment and Estate/Trust Income click the Start/Update box next to Schedules K-1/Q.
Click Yes on the next screen, Schedules K-1 or Q.
On the Tell Us About Your Schedules K-1 screen. Click on the Start/Update box next to the appropriate entity type (Partnership, SCorp., Estate/Trust).
You will see the K-1 Summary screen. Click Delete next to the K-1.

To remove the NJK-1 or Worksheet, please follow these steps:

Go into Forms Mode by clicking on the Forms icon in the top right of the blue bar.
In the Forms in My Return list on the left, scroll to the NJ section and click the worksheet (partnership/S-Corp/Trust) you wish to open.
Click on the Delete Form box at the bottom of the screen.
Also check to see if there is a NJ-k1 and delete that as well.
To return to the interview, click on the Step-By-Step icon in the top right of the blue bar.
