New Jersey taxes contributions to Federal retirement, they do not tax the distributions.There is nothing to correct.

Not correct--refer to this article that fully explains the pension exclusion:

I received pension income above the limit, and therefore it should be taxed.

Ahh, thank you for your reply. Now we can track down the problem. We have NJ forms and availability. Some forms are not supported and the returns must be mailed in. I have checked for known NJ issues and do not see this as a known problem. The best thing might be to fill this form out for someone to call you. Then you can explain the issue. You will want your program open and they may want a token number from you.
