      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, normally the definition of a resident is someone who owns property or rents property, receives mail, has a drivers license, has voter registration, and otherwise show that this is their domicile.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This sounds like it was a summer job and you fully intended to return to Georgia after the&amp;nbsp;internship was over. Since I doubt that you did most of those things that I listed for Pennsylvania, you were not a resident of Pennsylvania.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;However, you may be liable to file a Pennsylvania return as a non-resident depending on the facts and circumstances.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Answer &lt;STRONG&gt;No&lt;/STRONG&gt; to the question about having lived in another state, but &lt;STRONG&gt;Yes&lt;/STRONG&gt; to the question about having had income from another state (assuming you had income in PA).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then in TurboTax complete the non-resident PA return before you do your home state GA return.&amp;nbsp; You will then receive a credit on your GA return for the taxes you paid to PA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
