      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue on Deluxe.&amp;nbsp; Spent 4 hours on phone with TT tech reps, uninstalling and reinstalling several versions of 2019 TT Deluxe to no avail.&amp;nbsp; Was assured my case would be kept open until resolved.&amp;nbsp; Received an email this morning saying my case has been closed!&amp;nbsp; I am not a happy camper but at least now I see others are experiencing the same issue with Md State software download into TT.&amp;nbsp; Armed with this info, I am calling TT back!&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
