topic State download in State tax filing

I received my 2019 CD and it has a Massachusetts state download however I need a Connecticut one not Mass. How do I correct this?

If you have not downloaded the MA state program, then click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen. Click on Download State. Choose the state you want to download.

Otherwise, contact TurboTax support to see if they will provide you with the CT state download.

is did not work, I have a call back in to customer support to get a code to make the change
