The state says I owe $750. How can that be when turbo did my state and federal tax return. Did they mess up on there software. It shows $37000 on adj gross income for fed return and only $24000 on my state return which was supposed to be carried over from the fed 1040. This was for 2016 return.

In this public forum, we cannot access your return to give you specific information. We might be able to answer some questions with additional information from you, however. For example, did you have more than one state return, and what is the state return in question? What reason is the state saying you owe additional tax for?
