      <description>No there is not ... in the non resident state interview the federal amount is in column 1 and then you are asked to allocate the state amount in column 2. If you need more info then save or print a PDF of the federal return worksheets to refer to.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to manually allocate most income.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;W-2 income will usually&amp;nbsp; be allocated by the state name abbreviations shown in box 15 of your W-2.&amp;nbsp; Some states have an allocation form that is submitted with the return. TurboTax will prepare this based on your entries.&amp;nbsp; Here's one example&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
