State refunds can take a long time, especially in some states who are cracking down on ID theft.

When you log into your account, what is showing for the "return status" for the state return? Does it say accepted, rejected, started, incomplete, printed, or ready to mail?

If you efiled, does the state return status show up in this tool?

The West Virginia State Tax Department is responding to an increased risk of fraudulent filings, and is implementing enhanced security measures for your protection. As a result, expect a significant delay of your tax refund. You should only call concerning your refund if it has been more than 10 weeks since filing your return.

Oh, my. User has a second thread started at the link below. I didn't know one had already been started.

In any case, in the other thread user said his return says "ready to mail", and that he was here on a J1 visa, so I asked for more info.
