Did you complete the Iowa return ? Did you get an efile confirmation that it was accepted for processing ?

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Or have you confirmed you filed everything using the steps above and that all were accepted (if efiled), and are now merely wanting copies? Does the PDF you download only have one of the state returns? If that's the case, we can tell you how to open your return back up and get larger PDFs at the Print Center, and likely find the additional state return.
