2008? From eleven years ago? Software from 2008 is not available. You could try getting the form from your state. It will be too late to get a tax refund for a 2008 return.

Or was that a typo? Do you mean 2018? Did you e-file your 2018 federal return using TurboTax? If you successfully e-filed your 2018 federal return then you can go back to your account and click Add a State and prepare and e-file a state return. If you mailed your federal return you will have to print, sign and mail the state.

TurboTax software for 2008, federal or state, is no longer available. You'll have to get forms from your state tax agency.
