Can't find state return

Hello,

I had someone else file my taxes via turbo tax. She put my federal return on a card and I don't know where my state return is. I called and asked customer service and they said my state return was direct deposit but not attached to my bank account. Is there a different account attached to the card I was sent via intuit. Like a savings account where my state return is? Please advise.

Are you looking for your state Refund? Did your state return get filed and accepted? You can check your efile status here https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
