      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes - Even though you have overall rental losses, the Georgia department of revenue would require you to file a GA nonresident state income tax return to report your rental income on GA located property (and applicable rental expenses).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to the GA department of revenue -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Non-residents who work in Georgia or receive income from Georgia sources and are required to file a Federal income tax return are required to file a Georgia Form 500 Individual Income Tax Return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some examples of Georgia source income are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;
