It depends. To obtain a state identification number, you need to register your business with the state, which is not a service available in TurboTax. The following website, however, can help you to do this: https://www.tax.ohio.gov/business/business_registration.aspx

Once you are successful in obtaining the number, you should be able to finish your return in TurboTax.
