I personally e-filed my taxes 100% completed and all possible info sent on the 28th of feb. I recieved my federal return 18 days later. Its now been 1 month and so i spoke with the treasury and the best answer i was given is an estimated date of may 28. Which has changed weekly (it went 3/16 to 3/20 to 5/1 to 5/11 to 5/28) from its initial date.
