I need to file a return for the state of MD for year 2014. used turbo Tax to file California and Federal for that year.

I filled both federal and California for 2014 but have been notified I need to file in the state of MD also---even though I earned no income while in Maryland.

You can't use TurboTax Online to do a previous year's return. You'd have to purchase the previous year's CD/Download version of TT, which you can do here: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

Alternatively, you could download the 2014 MD tax forms and prepare them manually. The forms can be found here: http://taxes.marylandtaxes.com/Individual_Taxes/General_Information/Individual_Tax_Forms_and_Instruc...
