      <description>&lt;P&gt;SCH is taxable amount of scholarships or grants. &amp;nbsp;If you have a scholarship or grant for education that is more than tuition (usable for room and board) that is taxable income. &amp;nbsp; (Loans taken out for education are not taxable no matter what they are used for.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't have a scholarship that is more than tuition and required fees, go back and check your answers in the college tuition section.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
