      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;B&gt;No,&lt;/B&gt; because MD and PA have reciprocal tax agreements.&lt;/I&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;reciprocal agreement,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;also called&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;reciprocity,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;is an agreement between two states that allows residents of one state to request exemption from tax withholding in the other (reciprocal) state.
