      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your best&amp;nbsp;recourse would be to contact our Product Support and have them speak to you about a resolve. They should be able to help you reenact&amp;nbsp;your state software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;

&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure if you can recover any lost data if it was not previously not saved or lost due to a power outage but you can speak to them about the possibility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please get back to me and let me know if this does help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
