      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;It depends. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt;You will answer "yes" to this question if you had NJ&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;state&lt;/I&gt; taxes withheld from your paycheck (not local taxes). &amp;nbsp;This is because you will want to file a NJ&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;nonresident reciprocal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/I&gt;return to get these taxes back. &amp;nbsp;However, if there is no NJ state tax withheld, answer&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;no&lt;/I&gt;. &amp;nbsp;You are not considered as working in NJ because of the reciprocal agreement; you are not taxed there.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
