1) Since TX does not have an income tax, there are some state selections that do not include Texas.

2) You cannot use "Online" TurboTax to either prepare..or pay prior year taxes (meaning 2017 or earlier years). To prepare prior year's taxes you must now buy and use the Desktop software. Prior years (2015, 2016 or 2017) can only be printed out by you when you are done preparing them, and filed by mail.
