Florida does not impose an individual income tax; you do not need to print and mail anything to the state.

The Florida return is only for owners of Florida-located businesses and rental property with assets to report.

Choose Skip State in the State Taxes section (see screenshot).

If you proceeded past the warning screens, try deleting the Florida return --> https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1900608
