      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you were never physically &lt;I&gt;in &lt;/I&gt;CO during 2016 then Colorado doesn't get to tax the wages. For instance, IBM is based in NY but worldwide IBM employees don't have to file NY state tax returns. You may not have to file a CO return at all unless you have CO-source income such as a rental property there.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
