  &lt;SPAN&gt;3. &amp;nbsp;Select the 1st choice on the search
results -&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;Jump to 1099div&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;

  &lt;SPAN&gt;4. &amp;nbsp;You will be directly taken to the
screen,&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;Did you receive any dividend income?&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;select&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;Yes&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;and
follow the prompts &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; to enter your information&lt;/SPAN&gt;

      <description>Thanks for the info but the information boxes in 1042-S dont match with 1099-div. Form 1099-div asks me for ordinary dividend, qualified dividend, and capital gain distribution. These items are not mentioned in 1042-S. All I have is Gross Income, tax withheld, income code and exemption code.</description>
