      <description>&lt;P&gt;It depends on how much your income was. If you had more than $12,250 for the year, you are technically required to file part year resident return, even though you will not owe anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It also depends on what you mean by "was a student in Ohio". If you were only in Ohio to attend school, or were a resident of another state, prior to going to school; you were never an Ohio resident for tax purposes and do not need to file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unless you plan to return to Ohio, I wouldn't bother to file a return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
