state of residence as of the end of the tax year.&amp;nbsp; Then, there is another question that asks if
you &lt;B&gt;lived in another state during the
year&lt;/B&gt;.&amp;nbsp; You will answer &lt;B&gt;Yes&lt;/B&gt;, and enter your previous state of
residence, along with some additional information.&lt;/SPAN&gt;
&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;

&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending on the states and whether you had income in both
states, you may be need to file a part-year resident state tax return for both
states.&amp;nbsp; TurboTax will help you determine
if this is required based on your inputs for the Federal return.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
