&lt;P&gt;a.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;Have the
over payment refunded to you or&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;b.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Apply the refund to the following year’s taxes.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you received a refund from the state then you did not
apply your refund to 2016.&lt;/P&gt;
