    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recommend that you visit each county property appraiser's web site for current and accurate information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With respect to Miami-Dade County, for example, you can prepare the DR-405 100% online. As another example, the Lee County DR-405 can be prepared online but requires registration with the county (i.e., a taxpayer needs to have an account with the county).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally, you're also late filing DR-405; they are always due April 1st and that's for the current tax year (i.e., property is valued as of January 1st and then the DR-405 is due April 1st). There are penalties for late filing, but you may be able to get an extension. However, you must contact the county property appraiser's office.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did purchase FL state, to fill Tangible Property DR-405. I have properties in multiple FL counties. How do I select multiple Counties. TurboTax only allos 1-county from the drop down.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't believe TurboTax has the capability to generate more than one DR-405 and, frankly, you're wasting your time with trying to prepare the form using TurboTax. The reason is many counties have customized the form while a few insist that the form be prepare online at the county property appraiser's web site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's an example of the form for Collier county:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1.jpg" style="width: 833px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/55504i747441F160267D77/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="1.jpg" alt="1.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
