      <description>&lt;P&gt;The reason you are not seeing the additional $2,600 senior deduction on your 2025 Georgia Form 500 is that it was officially eliminated starting in the 2024 tax year. Georgia overhauled its tax structure to move toward a flat tax system. As part of this change, the state removed the separate $1,300 per-person senior/blind deductions and instead significantly increased the base standard deduction to cover those amounts. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
