Won't let me e-file state

TurboTax desktop thinks I want to file state return by mail.

Have you already filed by mail your federal return?. If yes, you must wait until the IRS accepts it before you can submit your state.

Here are some common reasons why your state return cannot be filed:

The state return is on hold until the federal return is accepted.
Some state forms are not available yet.
Software and data issues. To fix this, try clearing your browser's Cache and Cookies.

If the issue persists, you may be forced to mail the state return too.

Nothing I tried worked. Waiting until federal was accepted, clearing cache, trying to find a reset button, etc. So I gave up and mailed it.
