Federal and state tax refunds are totally separate and are issued by separate tax authorities.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

The Federal refund and the state refund are processed by completely different entities. There is no specific time frame for how long it will take for both of them to process.
