I live in PA, I received a W2-G from New Jersey in the amount of 1370.00.

When filing my NJ non resident form, there is nowhere to enter the W2-G, just a Gambling statement transfered from my Fed return.

In the Fed section, all my winnings were offset by losses.

Is this right? Should I just file the NJ return as is?

TurboTax automatically nets the gambling losses against gambling winnings based on your entries in the federal section. The Gambling Income Statement prints with the return if gambling losses are used to offset gambling winnings, so you will see it with your New Jersey tax documents. You can file your New Jersey tax return without entering the gambling losses again.

For more information, see Gambling Winnings or Losses.

Yes, that sounds right. On your New Jersey tax return you report net gambling winnings. That is your winnings minus your losses, provided that you lived outside New Jersey all year. If your net winnings are zero or less (losses were more than winnings), then on your Form NJ-1040NR, line 21, Net gambling winnings, should be zero. (You can't enter a negative amount.)

You didn't say what the New Jersey W-2G was for. New Jersey lottery prizes of $10,000 or less are tax-free and don't count as winnings. But if your Form NJ-1040NR line 21 is already zero you don't have to worry about this distinction.

Thank You

What if I had some of the winnings withheld, would that be auto transfered to NJ return also?

Did you have federal tax withheld or New Jersey tax withheld? If federal tax was withheld, in W-2G box 4, that does not apply to the New Jersey tax return, so it will not be transferred. If the W-2G has NJ in box 13 and state tax withheld in box 15, that should transfer to the New Jersey tax return. But check to make sure that the New Jersey tax withheld on the W-2G is included in the New Jersey tax withheld on Form NJ-1040NR line 50.
