Cannot E-file with WA state tax

I am filing from ID but also lived in WA. I tried to e-file and it wouldn't let me do that without "purchasing" WA state tax even though WA does not have state tax. I downloaded it and now it won't let me e-file because it think I am claiming WFTC. I tried deleted the WFTC application but it still wont let me e-file.

Why are you trying to file a WA state tax return since WA doesn't have an income tax? Or what can't you efile?

Delete State in the Windows Desktop program. Go up to File – Remove State Return
