Attachment to a PA return

My PA return includes a 1099R that needs to be an attachment to the return so that Dept of Revenue can see why it's not taxable to PA. How can I do that attachment in TT Desktop?

You cannot "attach" documents to an e-filed tax return. But PA does not tax retirement income. You should be able to enter your 1099R into the federal software and let the software do its job. The information flows from the federal return to the state return.

To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
