The only state after Wisconsin is Wyoming, and then "Foreign or U.S. territory" What state are you looking for?

And Wyoming does not have a personal income tax so no state tax return required.

Wyoming is not listed because Wyoming does not have a state income tax. See here.

Is there another state that you are looking for? Please clarify.

And....if you are looking for Wyoming, remember that WY has no state income tax, so WY will not appear in certain drop down state menus. If you are trying to enter a W-2, leave boxes 15, 16 and 17 blank for WY.
