State taxes

My state won't file! It keeps taking me back to the order summary. I've talked to at least 4 different people over the phone each one says turbo tax is aware of the situation and fixing it. Well it's been like 2 weeks, still nothing! When are you all going to get this issue resolved turbo tax!?

The issue still hasn't been resolved. I keep getting looped back to the ready to file screen , it will not let me past the order summary. And I can't get a straight answer after talking to at least 5 different representatives.

Hopefully it won't take another 2 weeks to get the issue resolved. I'd like to file my state taxes .
