    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is what I initially thought - the wrong zip format, but I tried both and it didn't help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I called the support team, and we carefully read the error message: Zip should be blank. This means that I should delete the entered zip. The same issue was with the state—State should be blank. After I deleted both field values, the form was accepted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
