Box 14 Issue for NY Non-resident efile

I made my Box 14 empty. I still get a review error saying 'Not eligible for electronic filing'. Is there a way to get past the error and e-file? This is ridiculous. Thanks

Hi - Is there a way can someone assist troubleshooting this issue? I made the box 14 empty, deleted my browser history & cache, re-entered all the W2 info, even started over the NY state tax part. I still keep getting the review error. It's really annoying that it doesn't let me efile NY state tax for nothing. Thanks

If there's nothing for box 14 on your W2, then make sure that you leave all the boxes empty for box 14. You should have nothing for the description, the amount, and category.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you will need to correct your return and/or update your program by following the onscreen instructions.
