CA State AB150 Carryover

We have carryover credit amounts from years 2023 and 2022 which Turbo Tax only included yr 2023 but omitted 2022 on this year's Form 3804CR. Can we add them up, override and correctly input on the line for "carryover from prior year"? Thank you.

Without including any personal information. Can you provide a screenshot of where you're seeing the miscalcuation?

Hi Brittany,

It's a one-page form, 3804CR, line 2 which is "Carryover from Prior Year", which should reflect sum of all prior years' credit balances but on mine for 2024, Turbo Tax excluded amount for 2022. My question was can I override the current "wrong" number and input the correct carryover amount.

You can override the number the system has put there but overriding any number voids the accuracy guarantee. So before you override it make certain that you are correct about the calculation that goes there.
