So I had to print my federal and now cannot e-file WA state. The do not accept print. How to resolve?

The state of Washington doesn't have state income tax, so you can't file a state return for Washington. Please clarify what kind of return you are trying to file so we may help you.

I'm eligible for a working families credit from the state of WA.
