      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, you would file a non-resident MO return, then take a credit on the GA return for taxes paid to MO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The gain on the land would be reported on all the returns (Federal, Missouri and Georgia).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In TurboTax, do the Federal return first, then the non-resident (MO) return, and last the resident return (as this way the program knows how much tax you paid to MO). &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
