      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are talking about the employer ID in box b on your W-2? Every company in the US should have an EIN, no matter where they are and what state you live in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are talking about an ID for box 15, if you have no entry in box 16, you should leave boxes 15, 16, and 17 blank.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
