Print Required Forms doesn't print

Selecting "Print Required Forms" gets no response. This button is part of the Save for Your Records page in Turbotax Deluxe Mac. I am up to date on Turbotax, MacIOS (13.7.4), and HP printer software. All other software on my computer prints when print is selected. I have restarted computer and printer. I have called customer support and they acted like this was the first time they ever heard of this problem when it is all over the quicken community forums
