    <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately still having a problem downloading the state tax form.&amp;nbsp; When I finish the federal tax section and move to the state section, the screen says; "For $40 we can finish your state taxes".&amp;nbsp; If I select continue, it takes me to a credit card billing page.&amp;nbsp; If I saw "No thanks", I get another screen that asks again if I want to finish my state taxes.&amp;nbsp; If I select "Yes", the credit card page comes up again.&amp;nbsp; If I say "No Thanks", then I get a screen that offers online help. I skip that and get to the "Review" section.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Nothing seems to work to download the one free state tax return.&amp;nbsp; I moved forward to the File section and chose "Print returns" instead of efile but that does not allow the download to begin either.&amp;nbsp; The program seems to be forcing me to pay rather than providing the one free state download.&amp;nbsp; Didn't have this problem with previous years TT.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume you are using the desktop software.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; First make sure you have the correct version of Deluxe.&amp;nbsp; What does it say on your receipt or box?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Deluxe desktop comes in 2 versions--one that is Federal-only and one that is the Federal and State combo version.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you purchased directly from TurboTax, it should be the combo Fed and State version.&amp;nbsp; If purchased elsewhere, it would be whichever of the 2 versions of Deluxe you chose.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;So if you DO have the combo version&lt;/STRONG&gt;, try this to see if it makes any difference.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; First run the "check for updates" and apply any updates.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Then close TurboTax and restart your computer.&amp;nbsp; Launch TurboTax and let it check once again for updates.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Then open your return and in the top menubar (at least in the Windows version) click on ONLINE, and in the dropdown choose "Download state."&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Does it still ask you to pay for your included state?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If so, here's to phone TurboTax Support:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;FAQ:&amp;nbsp; What is the TurboTax phone number?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/account-management/turbotax-phone-number/L0Od33nMQ_US_en_US" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/account-management/turbotax-phone-number/L0Od33nMQ_US_en_US&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
