No, not if you were living and working in Texas and that's the only state you worked in. Your company may be located in Colorado, but if you didn't work in Colorado, you didn't earn money in Colorado.

I have one more question. On my W2, I have a state income tax of $217 but since I live in Texas, does this amount also get refunded to me? Currently having entered my information, it seems as though my refund is only the amount of the federal income tax.

Is the withholding from Colorado? And you never worked in CO in 2024? If so, to get that withholding refunded, you will need to file a nonresident return. The IRS refunds you what you overpaid in federal income tax. Since this is state withholding, you will need a state return. It will show separate from your federal return amount.
