Why is the state of Colorado tax still pending?

Hi! I filed my state of Colorado tax return on Feb 8th, and I wonder why it is still pending today. Is anyone else having the same issue? I thought Colorado should have already begun accepting e-file tax returns. Is that correct?

The reason it is taking so long is that state returns do not process returns until the federal does first, and then it can take some time after that.

But my federal tax return was accepted and approved right after I submitted it. I also filed another state tax return, which was approved and accepted as well. Only the state of Colorado has been pending for so long.

It is only Colorado that has a delay. See Colorado Delays
