topic City taxes in State tax filing

I just started new job in Wilmington oh. I work as a home health aide for my husband in Wilson township, 5 miles out of Sabina. On my first check they withheld taxes for Dayton oh. I’m not sure how that works. I used to deliver mail and would send in a paper for the city tax where the postoffice was located starting I did 85%of my work outside the city limits. Since I’m not working in Dayton or Wilmington where my office is located and live in the country, am I supposed to be paying any city taxes

Since you don't work or live in Dayton, it would appear you would be exempt from taxes there as per the regulations on the City of Dayton website:

Ask your employer to stop withholding Dayton tax. You'll need to file a Dayton city return to get a refund. Contact the city, they probably have a special form for your situation.

https://www.daytonohio.gov/262/Tax-Information-Forms

You can NOT do a Dayton city return in TurboTax.

so the same would apply if they tried to take out Wilmington city taxes as well? The local office is there where I got hired and if I need any supplies or have questions that is where I would go, but I literally clock in and out on my phone and never leave my house to work since I’m a full time caregiver for my husband.
