      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same issue with TT Deluxe for Desktop. Were you able to resolve this problem? I tried calling and was transferred 3x over 75 minutes. Everyone wanted to "fix" my issue rather than just selling me the $25 efile. They finally gave up and transferred me to the 4th person who was going to take my payment, then they dropped the call. Typical.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Glenn&lt;/P&gt;</description>
