The Schedule IN-W is a listing of all withholdings reported to you on your tax statements (Forms W-2 and 1099). This form should be completed automatically by TurboTax based on the information that is entered into the return. If you're receiving an error related to this schedule, please check all of the forms you entered with withholding to ensure all of the amounts were entered correctly.

I finally found the issue. One of my w-2’s did not import properly.
