California PTE (pass through entity) carryforward where to enter online version for 2024

All discussions appear to indicate to switch to Forms view to enter. But my understanding is that the online and app versions do not have Forms view.

Can someone please explain where to enter the carryover amount into the program?

I already located where to enter the current year PTE credit.

Other than calling support (which didn't help), is this really the only way to get help using this software? You just have to wait and hope another user knows the answer to your question?

A full week and no response from a intuit about how to use their software. Decided this isn't the company for me and deleted all my personal information.

If you have this issue and can't resolve it; I was able to easily find where to enter the prior year credit on TaxAct. Not to mention you can see draft copies of your tax returns while you are working on them, which I couldn't figure out how to do on TurboTax..
